There are many benefits of honey, most of which are thanks to what bees eat, and do to create it.

Like wine, each honey you try, can taste very different. Our raw honey has a mild, sweet flavour, as because of where it was produced.

We’re not saying flowers are mean, but not all of them make it easy for our honey bees to create tasty raw honey.

We all know that bees love to pollinate but have you ever thought about what would happen if bees died out? We'd lose much more than just honey.

It's no secret that bee populations are in decline. This can affect honey, fruit, vegetable and crop harvests across the country. There are, however, ways to help the bees from your own backyard.

By simply looking at a jar of raw honey, it's easy to not realise just how much has gone into the creation of it. Honey is the result of well orchestrated teamwork between the queen bee, worker bees and drone bees - plus us humans who help share the tasty stuff with the people of Canada.
