Subtle and hard-set

While I am used to set honey from my years living in the UK, I was not prepared for "hard-set". While it takes some getting used to - as it does not spread easily - that is minor compared to the smooth, gently sweet, and subtle flavoured Creamed Honey.

I bought 5 jars - taste unseen - and I am glad I did. It is the softest-tasting honey I have ever encountered, here or abroad.
