This is a pre-order bundle that will ship starting September 22.

Our 2025 harvest is underway and for a limited time, our raw honey is FRESH and LIQUID before naturally crystallizing into a solid, thick honey. This honey is as raw and fresh as you can get, but it will begin solidifying in a few weeks (likely by mid-September!).

This honey is our late-season harvest, so it primarily comes from prairie wildflowers like sow thistle, Canada thistle, goldenrod, aster, and sweet clover. It is more fruity and a light orange color, compared to our regular Creamed Honey.

This honey is not creamed, so when it crystallizes, it will be firmer than our Creamed Honey but it will have a smooth and fine mouthfeel. Our honey is never pasteurized, so it will not turn into the coarse and gritty honeys you see on supermarket shelf!

This honey is also unstrained, so you may see bits of wax in your honey.
