Refined Sugar-Free Honey Banana Muffins

Nothing beats a classic banana muffin for satisfying and easy home baking. Honey brings out a balanced sweetness to round out the natural sugars from the bananas. This recipe can take you from craving to first bite in 30 minutes!

Here's a baking tip when measuring honey: Use your kitchen scale and scoop the honey right into the mixing bowl to avoid the mess and waste of putting it into a measuring cup! Below are the weights of common honey measurements:

  • 1/3 cup honey = 114 g
  • 1/2 cup honey = 170 g
  • 1 cup honey = 340 g

Ready to eat? We used the banana loaf recipe found at Kristen's Kitchen Blog and adapted the oven temperature and timing to make muffins instead of a loaf:

  • 375 F oven for 20 minutes baking time.
